Is There A Way To Increase My Milk Supply Without A Breast Pump?

I am attempting to exclusively breastfeed my daughter, but it seems that only one of my breasts has a well established milk supply while the other one typically has enough milk in it to complete a feeding. She is only a week old, which probably means that the problem will eventually rectify itself, but I just want to make sure. When I try to feed her off of the weaker breast she tends to suck for a few moments and then become frustrated that she isn’t getting enough milk, or because she isn’t getting it as quickly as she wants it. I usually make an attempt to feed her off of this breast for at least five to ten minutes, but she typically will just cry and not even try to feed off of it, so I will switch to the other one. As I said, the other breast seems to supply enough milk to fill her completely. I know that one way to increase milk supply, when she won’t feed off the breast, is to pump. I do have a pump, but it is a manual one and when I try to pump nothing comes out of the breast at all. I spend at least ten minutes trying to use the pump. So, I would like to know if there is a way to increase the milk supply of my weaker breast without a pump, or should I go out and buy an electric pump in order to increase it? Or, should I just wait and see if the problem will fix itself?
